Services
Alexandra Albera offers project-based design services including e-commerce design, web design, brand identity, app design and UX/UI design consultation.
Each project is scoped and quoted individually before work begins.Project Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before delivery of final files. Project timelines begin upon receipt of the deposit and all required materials provided by the client.
Revisions
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revision rounds beyonds these 2 are billed at an hourly rate, agreed upon before work continues. Requests that change the original project direction or scope are treated as new requests and quoted separately.
Client Responsibilites
The client is responsible of providing all required materials before the project begins, including brand guidelines (if existing), copy and content, high-resolution images and a clear project brief. Feedback must be provided within 5 business days of each delivery. Delays caused by late feedback may affect the project timeline.
Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, a kill fee of 25% of the total project value applies. Any work completed and paid remains for the property of the client. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownnership of the final delivered designs. Alexandra Albera retains the right to include the completed work in her portfolio and use it for self-promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images or materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Post-Launch Support
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support, covering minor text edits, small visual adjustments and questions about the delivered work. Structural changes or new features requested during this period are quoted separately. After 30 days, ongoing support can be arranged through a retainer agreement.
Confidentiality
All client information, project details and materials shared during the project are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent. This obligation continues after the project ends.
Limitation of Liability
Alexandra Albera's maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. No guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes such as sales, conversions or traffic resulting from the design work. Alexandra Albera is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, platform or tools.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the competent court in Italy.
